❓ FAQ – No-Bake Desserts
Why choose a no-bake dessert?
They’re perfect for hot days or when you’re short on time — quick to make, no oven required, yet still creamy, refreshing and delicious.
How long does the cake keep in the fridge?
Stored in an airtight container or well covered, it will stay fresh for up to 3 days. Add fresh fruit just before serving for best results.
Can I prepare it a day ahead?
Absolutely — in fact, it’s even better that way. Overnight chilling improves the texture and intensifies the flavours.
How can I make it lighter?
Swap part of the whipping cream for Greek yogurt or low-fat mascarpone, and adjust the sugar to taste.
What other no-bake desserts do you recommend?
Try individual tiramisu cups, a no-bake chocolate tart or a berry cheesecake. All are quick, simple and wonderfully refreshing.
