Chia Pudding with Yogurt and Raspberries

Quick chia pudding made with creamy yogurt, fresh raspberries and chia seeds. A perfect breakfast or snack on the go.

When you need something simple, nutritious, and “to-go”, chia pudding is the first thing that comes to mind. No cooking, just a few ingredients, and it’s packed with fiber, protein, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Today I’m sharing a recipe for chia pudding with Greek yogurt and raspberries. It only takes 5 minutes to prepare, and then the fridge does the work overnight. In the morning, you’ll have a creamy, refreshing meal – perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Recipe: Chia Pudding with Yogurt and Raspberries

Ingredients (for 2 jars)

  • 300 g Greek yogurt (or any thick plain yogurt)
  • 250 ml milk (or plant-based drink: almond, oat…)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 150 g raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen)
  • a sprinkle of chopped nuts or coconut flakes (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, milk, honey (or syrup), and vanilla.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again (to prevent clumping).
  3. Pour into two jars. Top with raspberries (you can also mix some into the base).
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, ideally overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with nuts or coconut.
Tip: For a higher-protein version, replace half the milk with skyr or add 1 scoop of unflavored whey protein. For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.

Why is this pudding “wellness in a jar”?

  • Chia seeds are a source of omega-3, fiber, and minerals.
  • Greek yogurt adds protein for longer satiety.
  • Raspberries bring antioxidants and a pleasant tartness.
  • No baking and can be prepped ahead – perfect for busy mornings.

👉 Ideal when you want a light, balanced meal that fills you up without weighing you down.
