Instructions

Preheat your oven to 185 °C (365 °F).

Mix all three ingredients until smooth.

Shape into small balls, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten slightly with a fork if you like.

Bake for 9 minutes.
Serving tip: Spread with extra Nutella or add a spoonful of jam. Dust with powdered sugar.
If you chill the dough for a few hours, the cookies will taste even better—if you can wait that long! You can also make the dough ahead of time and bake later.
